Rescheduling and Refund Policy
We know things don’t always go as planned! Here’s what you need to know about rescheduling and refunds for our classes, including the option to purchase Reschedule Insurance.
Important Notice:
Students are allowed one free reschedule if requested 48 hours before the class start time. If you miss this window or need additional changes, you will be charged 50% of the course fee unless you purchased Reschedule Insurance. Reschedule Insurance can only be added at the time of registration for $65, providing unlimited reschedules at no extra cost.
For Traditional In-Person Classes
- No Refunds: Once registered, all fees are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: You can reschedule if you notify us 48 hours in advance. Beyond that, no refunds or credits will be issued.
- Reschedule Insurance: You can purchase Reschedule Insurance for $65 , allowing unlimited schedule changes without extra fees.

For Heart Code Classes
- No Refunds: All fees are non-refundable after registration.
- Rescheduling: You’re allowed one free reschedule if requested 48 hours in advance. Additional reschedules will incur a $65 fee.
